Virtual staging
Adding furniture and styling to an image of an empty space.
Virtual staging furnishes a room digitally instead of physically — the same purpose as a show home, without the cost of moving furniture into a building.
It is used most heavily in property marketing, where an empty room photographs poorly and buyers struggle to judge scale. The honest constraint is that staging must not misrepresent the space itself: furniture may be added, but walls, windows, and proportions should stay as built.
