Exterior rendering
A rendering of a building seen from outside, in its surroundings.
An exterior rendering shows the building envelope in context — street, sky, planting, neighbouring structures, and the light of a particular time of day.
Because so much of the image is the setting rather than the building, exterior work depends heavily on background and lighting choices. The same facade reads very differently under overcast midday light than under low evening sun.
