ArchiX qualifies for the Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026

ArchiX has been approved as an eligible tool under Japan's Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026 (Standard Category). Small and medium-sized businesses can apply to have at least half of their ArchiX subscription costs - up to two years of cloud usage fees - subsidized by the government.

What is this subsidy?

The Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy is a Japanese government program that helps small and medium-sized businesses offset the cost of adopting productivity-improving IT tools. ArchiX is a registered eligible tool under this program, available under the Standard Category application.

Eligible applicants	SMEs and sole proprietors (construction: capital ¥300M or less, or 300 or fewer employees)
Subsidized costs	Cloud usage fees, software fees, optional add-ons (up to 2 years)
IT support provider	Actual Inc. (full support from application through onboarding)
Application category	Standard Category (1 or more processes)
Subsidy rate	Up to 1/2 of eligible costs
Amount	Minimum: ¥50,000 / Maximum: under ¥1,500,000

Note: If 30% or more of your employees were paid below the revised regional minimum wage for at least 3 months between October 2024 and September 2025, the subsidy rate may increase to 2/3.

Application process

Important: Tools introduced before a grant decision is issued are not eligible. Follow these steps in order.

Actual Inc. (as your registered IT support provider) prepares and submits the application documents jointly with you.

Grant decision, onboarding, and launch

After the grant is approved, you adopt ArchiX. The subsidy is paid directly to your business.
