ArchiX Is an Approved Tool Under Japan's Digitalization and AI Subsidy 2026

ArchiX has been approved as an eligible tool under Japan's Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026 (Standard Category). This means small and medium-sized businesses can apply to have at least half of their ArchiX subscription costs - up to two years of cloud usage fees - subsidized by the government.

What Is This Subsidy?

The Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy is a Japanese government program that helps small and medium-sized businesses offset the cost of adopting productivity-improving IT tools. ArchiX is a registered eligible tool under this program, available under the Standard Category application.

Note: If 30% or more of your employees were paid below the revised regional minimum wage for at least 3 months between October 2024 and September 2025, the subsidy rate may increase to 2/3.

All prices include tax. Up to two years of annual plan fees qualify as subsidized costs. Monthly plans are not eligible - annual plans only.

• 19,800 yen/month (billed annually at 237,600 yen/year)

AI Visual Studio Pro

• 14,850 yen/month (billed annually at 178,200 yen/year)
• 4,000 credits/month (~200 renders)
• Includes: AI Visual Studio, AI image editing, AI video, AI staging, projects

AI Visual Studio

• 8,250 yen/month (billed annually at 99,000 yen/year)
• 2,000 credits/month (~100 renders)
• Includes: AI Visual Studio, AI image editing, AI video, projects

Application Process

Important: Tools introduced before a grant decision is issued are not eligible for the subsidy. Follow these steps in order.

Step 1 - Inquiry and free demo Experience ArchiX features in a live demo. We'll walk you through how the subsidy works and whether your business qualifies.

Step 2 - Application preparation We support you through prerequisites including obtaining a GBizID Prime account and completing SECURITY ACTION registration.

Step 3 - Grant application and review Actual Inc. (as your registered IT support provider) prepares and submits the application documents jointly with you.

Step 4 - Grant decision, onboarding, and launch After the grant is approved, you adopt ArchiX. The subsidy is paid directly to your business.

The subsidy budget is limited. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible.

• A GBizID Prime account and SECURITY ACTION registration are required before applying.
• Each business may apply once per round. If not accepted, you may reapply in a subsequent round.
